Detox is medically supervised here because going cold turkey on your own can be dangerous. Once you're through that, we use therapies that have real research backing them up. Cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. If medication-assisted treatment is right for your situation, we offer that too.
