After medical stabilization, patients move into our adult residential rehabilitation program, where treatment is built around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Informed Care, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is available when clinically indicated, particularly for opioid use disorder. For patients with a co-occurring mental health condition such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or bipolar disorder, our integrated psychiatric services are built directly into the inpatient program.
Care That Extends Beyond Discharge
Leaving inpatient treatment is not the end of the clinical relationship. We operate three outpatient clinic locations in the Bronx, Queens, and Carmel, so patients can step down into structured care closer to home without switching providers. Our Alkathon alumni program meets monthly, bringing former patients back to the Carmel campus to share their experience with people currently in treatment. Recovery coaching is available throughout and after the inpatient stay.
