Programming at Arms Acres is administered under the careful and compassionate direction of professionally licensed Physicians, Psychiatrists, Nurses, Social Workers and Addiction Counselors.

Prior to discharge patients, their families, and often times the referent, collaborate with the treatment staff to develop aftercare plans that allow each patient continued optimization of their mental health functioning.

The Detox Unit at Arms Acres offers a group treatment modality.  The daily program schedule offers numerous groups including Motivational Enhancement Therapy and 12 Step, which are evidence-based treatments.  We also provide weekly groups including Nursing Education, Smoking Cessation, Acupuncture, Meditation, Sober Living, Relapse Prevention as well as daily outside walks.
